Important Pre-Treatment Instructions (Mandatory Colorfast Test):
To ensure compatibility with your specific surface care, you must test for colorfastness prior to general use. Apply a small amount of this product to an inconspicuous area (such as inside a closet or a corner). Wait 10–15 minutes, blot with a clean white cloth, and allow the area to dry completely. If carpet color rubs off, fades, or changes, do not use this product on that surface.

- No Liability for Flooring Material Damage: Oxypearls is not responsible or liable for any damage, discoloration, bleeding, staining, structural breakdown, or altering of any surface resulting from the use or misuse of this product.
- Pre-existing Conditions & Invisible Substances: This product shouldn't react with any other chemicals, but it will clean the surface and there may be a noticeable change with pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to sun-fading, wear-and-tear, prior DIY treatments, or invisible chemical residues left by other cleaning products. Oxypearls disclaims all liability for reactions or damage stemming from these pre-existing conditions.
- No Guarantee of Stain Removal: Due to the permanent nature of certain organic, dye-based, acidic, or deeply set substances, 100% stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed. Failure to remove a stain does not constitute product defect or liability.
- Sole Remedy: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the sole and exclusive remedy for any product defect, dissatisfaction, or claim shall be limited to a refund of the original purchase per the return policy. Oxypearls shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, or indirect damages (including carpet replacement or professional cleaning costs).
